When I shop at Amazon.com I always accept a expert experience.. I've never had any trouble with them.. Until 1 solar day my Grandmother got me a $5 amazon gift card.. The problem is I withal have it on my account and don't know what to do with it.. Lol so I accept to observe something for $5 or get another card. Lol I will 1 day because nosotros but got amazon firesticks for all 4 rooms..

A person does need to be careful what they buy on Amazon. I read the information extensively before I click the process push button. Making sure you are purchasing what yous think you are purchasing is very of import. While maligned by many, Amazon comes through. Deliveries can exist in less than i day to no more a week. Amazing. Amazon complies with delivery instructions and products are handled with care. Tracking could be improved by real-fourth dimension display, but, generally comes inside the specified time frame. Delivery times are a bit overbroad for routine routes, only, this is forgivable for overall operation.

Overall if you lot need something and can't observe it, go to Amazon they have simply near everything. Usually it is cheaper than anywhere else. Only remember that you get what you pay for. It's extremely important to read the clarification and the reviews. But you also need to think that just considering 1 person has an issue, doesn't hateful that it's a bad matter. Amazon has a really expert refund policy so that you don't become taken by shady people. Yes I have received junk only the overall quality has been awesome. Nigh products take a 2 24-hour interval delivery time. Only make sure you check to see when the delivery appointment is. I recollect way too many people become hostile considering they don't read the delivery appointment.

ninety% of my orders are belatedly. And when speaking to customer service they requite yous the run around. My most recent order I paid for Express shipping to have it arrive the aforementioned solar day. Had me waiting til midnight. When I spoke with representative via conversation they could non spell as well and when I said I didn't understand what they were pregnant the ended the conversation, and so I called spoke with a few CSR'southward and then a supervisor who offered me a refund and said, "Your product will even so arrive. Don't worry most returning it." I agreed. When I checked to see if there was a shipping update and instead the club is no longer even beingness shipped. It was canceled. Altogether the faux advertising their doing with at that place aircraft and lying to customers just to end the call.
This company is merely poor with skills. I don't know who is training their agents and I not accepting English is not the 1st language every bit a supervisor tried to utilise in regards to poor spelling and a full chat that looked like a bad rap song and rudeness. Only again this is non the kickoff time I delayed delivery. Just the 1st time a rep had misrepresented what was a solution which caused a bigger problem. When speaking to more agents I was asked, "Tin can't you get to a local store and purchase." I was completely blowed away yous would propose your competitors. Okay I suppose Walmart must be the better choice.

On later of February,2022, I mistakenly returned packages to UPS (Amazon returning label) which doesn't not belong to Amazon. On earlier of March, 2022 I found the mistake so try to contact Amazon via telephone and e-mail, and then the nightmare began, so far, I take not got the mistakenly sent packages back. First It is difficult to find the real customer back up phone number, neither find the Amazon support electronic mail.
On March 5, I called a customer support number (found online), machine voice, no i answer the phone. But a few minutes afterwards, I got phone call from i of the post-obit: **, calmed to be Amazon supporter, they knew my phone number… Afterwards on I plant that they are Scammer who maybe accept inside connection with Amazon tech support, so they got my contact data "on time" and with the "assist" of Zelle which cause me lost a fortune. Terminal only not to the lowest degree, I go on call "correct" Amazon support number, and was told that institute my packages but don't know when my parcel volition be returned to me. If I don't get my packages back in 3 months, I will never buy anything from Amazon again. (Now it is nearly 1.5 months.)

Well bought something on Amazon tells me it's gonna arrive on the fifth of April. At present nosotros are the 10th (still non arrived at this fourth dimension) and when I look at the location of my package information technology seems to not take been shipped all the same. And on the 13 I can ask for a refund so the feeling I have correct now is that they get coin without sending me my items. So it experience like a big ** you to me, in that location is NO way to send them emails only a telephone number. What a awesome company (sarcasm). And then I'yard gonna talk to Amazon virtually this. Maybe they volition do something about this and remove the seller from their sites. Then exercise not ask for them to ship annihilation. They are a waste of your time!

Well I learned a valuable lesson today. I am selling all my Amazon stocks. This is a huge risk factor waiting to happen. My chat agents kept dropping my chats even the supervisors. They did not care almost my situation. They treated me like a joke. It was a horrible experience. They offered me a 5 dollar credit. At this point I think it's time to go dorsum to shopping at Walmart. At least they pretend to care there. But the whole state of affairs boiled downwardly to this. I accept my daughter coming in town that I have not seen for four years. I had a special film night planned with 3d. I brought everything I needed and fabricated certain I selected the choice that said. Next mean solar day guarantee. They changed information technology to 3 days away. I chatted with the agent. It was horrible. I have screen shots of the whole situation. The biggest problem for amazon is they need to be careful who they disrespect. Because they never know who are stock holders.

Amazon would non refund (or event a gift card) for any unused Amazon gift carte entered in my account after I decided to close my account. I lost a $100 unused Amazon gift card that was on my account. The customer service was very rude. I will never purchase from Amazon again.
